| 1. | What geographical locations do you ship to? |
| | At the present time, all products are available for our customers within the continental United States & Puerto Rico. However, if you have special requirements and would like delivery outside of our shipping zones, please feel free to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and we will do our best to accomodate your request. |

| 2. | If I place an order, what will be my shipping cost? |
| | Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's weight and destination. Once you are ready to checkout, your selected products will be displayed in the shopping cart with no charges showing for "Shipping" and "Taxes". Once you fill out the billing and shipping address, your shipping rate will be calculated automatically.
Only when the customer verifies and agrees to the 'Total Charges' do we ask you for your credit card information. |

| 3. | Can you ship to a P.O. Box? |
| | I'm sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a complete physical address. This will help us in expediting your order with maximum speed. |

| 4. | How many days do I have to wait for my order to arrive? |
| | The Leader Team will process all In-Stock items with in 24 hours of order placement. If an item is on Back Order, you will be notified immediately via e-mail. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive. Historically, it has taken us 4 days, on average, to deliver our products. |
