Inc. believes in total customer satisfaction. We have
made our return policy an easy three step process.
STEP
1: Ensure that the product is in its original condition
and packaging. Also make sure that you are returning
the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the product.
STEP
2: Call our Customer Service Department toll free at
800-303-5501. Please have your original receipt ready.
The Customer Service Representative will guide you through
the proper return procedure and issue a Return Authorization
Number. Please allow 15 business days to process a return
request.
We will make arrangements to exchange
or refund the merchandise. All returns should be enclosed
in a suitable carton (not just the factory box) and
wrapped securely. We strongly recommend using UPS, FedEx,
or USPS for all returns. Please note that return shipping
costs are not eligible for a refund. |
